Our partners have an active involvement in all aspects of clients affairs. They develop a close understanding of a clients business and are therefore able to anticipate and deal with problems quickly and effectively. All our partners are qualified Chartered or Certified Accountants.

Richard Frost

Richard is the firm's managing partner and is responsible for a wide range of commercial audit clients. He began his career with one of the major international firms, working intially in Sheffield and then in the USA. He is also a director of Sheffield City Trust and Sheffield Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Kevin Gregory

Kevin is responsible for the firm's corporate finance services which include due diligence investigations, management buy-outs/buy-ins, acquisition advice, business disposals and development capital raising. He worked in the corporate finance department of an international firm before joining Hawsons.

Chris Hill

Chris acts as commercial partner for both corporate and non-corporate clients and has worked for Hawsons throughout his career. He is also responsible for maintaining technical standards throughout the firm and has extensive knowledge of grants available in the region.

Peter Kennan

Peter is responsible for the firm's specialist taxation services which encompass corporate and business taxation, personal tax and financial planning, trusts and VAT. He worked for two national firms before joining Hawsons and has been a Tax Partner since 1989.

Martyn Weatherall

Martyn is senior partner in the firm and acts as commercial partner for a large variety of corporate and non-corporate clients. He has the commercial skills to offer practical business and taxation advice to clients of all sizes.
