Philip Lomas FCA

Philip is managing partner in the Northampton office. He acts as commercial partner for both corporate and non-corporate clients including those in the construction, printing, manufacturing and retail sectors. He has extensive experience in corporate and business taxation matters and is responsible for Information Technology within the office.

David Cairns FCA CTA

David qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987. He has previously worked as a senior tax specialist for national and international firms of Accountants. David has extensive tax experience and is now responsible for the provision of taxation services at the office including tax mitigation and wealth/retirement planning for commercial enterprises and individuals.

Richard Powell FCA

Richard trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the firm in 1995. Since then, he has worked for a national firm of Accountants prior to rejoining the firm as a partner. Richard specialises as a business advisory and development partner for mainly corporate clients. He has significant experience of the manufacturing, service, property development and not-for-profit sectors and has worked closely with many high growth companies, particularly in the technology sector.
