Philip Lomas FCA

Philip qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982 and is managing partner in the Northampton office.
As commercial partner for both corporate and non-corporate clients, Philip has expertise in the charity, construction, printing, manufacturing and retail sectors.
He is also responsible for heading up the Northampton office’s Legal Team and has specialist knowledge and experience of advising solicitors’ practices including providing litigation support services.

Richard Burkimsher FCA

Richard trained in London and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988. With over twenty years of post qualification experience, Richard acts mainly for corporate clients and those in the charities sector.
As well as acting as one of the firms audit partners, Richard provides advice and consultancy services to a growing portfolio of family owned businesses. He also has experience working with international groups and advising on company acquisitions and mergers.

David Cairns FCA CTA

David qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987. He has acted as a senior tax specialist for national and international firms of Accountants. He looks after a wide range of clients including individuals, owner managers through to international businesses.
David has extensive tax experience and provides tax mitigation and planning solutions for many commercial enterprises and their owners.
