Under Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 requirements, Hawsons Chartered Accountants are a registered firm with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, (PCAOB). This enables us as a firm to provide audit and assurance services to substantial (as defined by the Act) U.S. subsidiary companies based in the UK, where the parent is a public company.
Whilst our successful registration with the PCAOB is a recent development, we as a firm have been working with U.S. subsidiary clients based in the U.K. for a number of years. This experience combined with our HLB International membership enables us to provide prompt and accurate advice on a worldwide basis.
