All of our full-time staff are contracted to 36.25 hours per week. Work-life balance for our staff is very important to the firm.

Those training to become a chartered accountant will receive full support with their training.
Option to purchase additional holiday
Staff have the opportunity to purchase additional annual leave.
Hybrid working
Staff have the option to work up to 40% of their weekly hours at home.

At Hawsons we believe it is important to give back to the communities in which we operate. All Hawsons staff are given the opportunity to take part in CSR activities throughout the year. Hawsons Chartered Accountants was founded in Sheffield in 1854 – more than 25 years before the creation of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales – by Alfred Allott and John Hewett.
