About Jack

Jack began his career with Hawsons in 2011 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2014. Jack is the Corporate Finance Director at Hawsons and has experience in providing a full range of deal advisory and transaction support services to clients and external funders. This includes buy and sell side mandates, EOTs, valuations, forecasting, management buy-outs/buy-ins, due diligence, and finance raising.

Away from the office, Jack is a keen ice hockey player and spends his downtime with his young daughter or watching the Sheffield Steelers.
