Hawsons is pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Milnes as a Corporate Finance Director, further strengthening its growing deal advisory and transactions services team.
Matt joins with a wealth of experience across the regional corporate finance market, having worked with a number of well-established local firms as well as in a relationship management role within a high street bank. His appointment reflects Hawsons’ continued investment in expanding its Corporate Finance offering and supporting ambitious businesses across the region.
Matt brings particular expertise in fundraising, financial due diligence and management buyout transactions, having advised a wide range of owner-managed and private equity-backed businesses. His strong local network and deep understanding of the Yorkshire market will be a valuable addition to the team.
